Lendmark Financial Services LLC in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Loan Consultant II) to deliver exceptional customer experiences while offering personal loan solutions and cross-selling branch products.

You will greet visitors, process verifications and payments, assist with loan approvals within limits, and actively market services, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and monthly goal achievement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
2-4 years consumer finance or related experience.
Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Bilingual, Spanish/English is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone; process verifications and record information; handle payments and loan decisions per limits.
Prepare reports, transaction documentation, and maintain records; operate cash drawer and close branch balances.
Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
