Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Loan Consultant I to provide exceptional customer experience while offering personal loan solutions in a branch setting. You will build a customer base through sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals, meeting monthly goals and ensuring compliance.

The role requires accurate processing, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in an office environment.

Qualifications

Customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively.
Cash handling and basic banking/financing knowledge.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Windows applications (Excel/Word).
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone; process payments and verification documents.
Assist with loan approvals within lending limits and prepare loan closings.
Actively market branch products and services to individuals to build a customer base.
Maintain records, process deposits, and handle routine account activities and reporting.
