Lendmark Financial Services seeks a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. You will build a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals, focusing on creating a positive experience and meeting monthly goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years in consumer finance or related work, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process verifications; process payments and record information.
• Approve loans up to lending limits, complete closings, handle account activities related to collections.
• Prepare reports, maintain records and close the branch; actively market branch products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
