Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–2 years in consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience; basic computer skills; strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process verifications; record information; process payments; make recommendations on loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits; complete loan closings; handle account activities related to collections; communicate with customers.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation; operate cash drawer; process deposits; maintain records and balances.
