Qualifications

• Two years of financial industry customer service experience required.
• Lending experience preferred.
• Effective sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Citadel’s loan products.

Responsibilities

• Finalize all loan requests originating in the Inbound/Outbound Contact Centers and Web channels.
• Inform customers of application status and other options as appropriate.
• Coordinate the closing process from origination to scanning; set up member closings in branch or via E-document channels.
• Verify all loan documents for completeness and accuracy, including credit applications, contracts, and required signatures.
• Fund finalized and audited loan requests.
• Collaborate with retail offices to schedule and assist with small business loan closings, including vehicles and credit cards.
• Complete processing of consumer loan promotions; notify, originate, document, and create loan packets.
• Work with loan officers to verify approvals and stipulations.
• Identify sales opportunities for all four product lines and recommend suitable financial options.
