Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consumer lending.
• Knowledge of consumer lending terms, credit underwriting, and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-closing file review for quality check and ensure all pre-closing requirements are met.
• Coordinate closings with borrowers for electronic closings (DocuSign) or in-person closings with Relationship Managers.
• Perform post-closing file review and ensure documents are executed correctly and post-closing requirements met.
• Maintain detailed and accurate loan documentation and records.
