Citadel Credit Union is seeking a Loan Closer to support our Consumer Lending team in Exton, PA. The role focuses on delivering Citadel Class Service across inbound, outbound, and online channels and driving a positive banking experience for members.

The Loan Closer will review financial data, negotiate terms, and coordinate the closing process with branches and E-document channels, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy in documents.

Qualifications

Two years of financial industry customer service experience required.
Lending experience preferred.
Strong sales skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Finalize loan requests from inbound, outbound, and web channels.
Inform customers of application status and options.
Coordinate closing process from origination to E-document channels.
Verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
Fund finalized and audited loan requests.
Assist with small business loan closings and credit products.
Create and audit loan packets and communicate missing documents to relevant teams.
Maintain knowledge of lending processes, regulations, and products.
