  • Develop and maintain closing checklists; collect, prepare, and review required loan forms, documentation, and due diligence materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact among loan officers, borrowers, attorneys/legal counsel, and third-party partners throughout the closing process.
  • Partner with legal counsel on loan document preparation, review, and collection of post-closing items.
  • Review loan documents to confirm accurate implementation of approved loan terms and compliance with CDF's Lending Policy.
  • Confirm project details at loan closing to ensure accurate compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate disbursement of closing funds and related third-party payments.
  • Enter, review, and maintain loan data and closing records in lending systems.
  • Provide regular updates on closing status and progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day loan servicing activities and procedures.

  • Loan documentation and files are accurate, complete, and well organized.
  • You manage multiple priorities efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Borrowers and internal partners report a high level of satisfaction with your responsiveness and service.
