Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Loan Closing Supervisor for the in-office role at the Zions Tech Center in Midvale, UT. You will oversee loan closing activities, coordinate to close loans, and ensure due diligence is completed with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a college degree in business or finance and 2+ years in lending operations, with strong leadership and communication skills. In-office, 5 days a week with comprehensive benefits and a focus on client experience.

Formación

• Requires a college degree in business, finance or a related field and 2 years experience in lending process and procedures, loan operations, loan closing, banking, finance or other directly related experience.
• Combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Supervisory and/or office management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise lending personnel for loan closing activities and complete all due diligence for loan closing documents.
• Coordinate review and interpretation of third-party documents to provide clear to close.
• Manage daily workflow to meet schedules and train staff.
• Set work schedules, allocate and monitor work and act on staffing decisions.
• Support managers in delivering efficient services to customers.
• Review procedures and propose changes to improve efficiency.
• May verify and perform quality control of loan documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
