Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years banking, lending, loan servicing, or operations experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing loan documentation and funding consumer loans preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated financial institution environment preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer lending operations and loan servicing functions.
• Understanding banking regulations, including BSA, CIP, Regulation Z, Regulation E, Regulation B, and TILA.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Print and process daily loan disbursement checks.
• Print and distribute credit card welcome packets and loan follow-up documents.
• Process returned mail and maintain appropriate documentation tracking.
• Participate in departmental phone queue coverage and maintain service levels.
• Review incoming loan documentation and correspondence from agents, dealerships, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor and manage shared communication channels for timely requests.
• Process loan and card-related servicing requests, including account maintenance and inquiries.
• Perform account research and resolve operational issues.
• Review and reconcile daily reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate loan and card records.
• Assist with consumer loan funding and documentation processes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dealerships, external and internal business partners.
• Support departmental projects, cross-training initiatives, and process improvements.
• Flexibility to work during Farm Bureau Bank’s hours; regular in-office attendance required.
