Job summary

Texas Trust Credit Union is seeking a Lending Operations Specialist to process all partner and member requests for loan maintenance, research and questions on consumer lending products. You will ensure a positive member experience by upholding our service standards and collaborating with teammates to improve workflows and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities include handling loan questions across channels, tracking payments, researching payoffs and misapplied payments, and supporting loan servicing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer/member service experience.
• Minimum 1 year in financial institution environment.
• Minimum 1 year working in a lending environment.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with members regarding loan questions and documentation across channels.
• Process loan maintenance and document requests for consumer lending products.
• Perform due diligence to protect the credit union and mitigate risk.
• Research payoffs, account history, and misapplied or missing payments.
• Assist with loan funding, documentation, and end-of-lease activities as needed.
• Monitor and reconcile lending transactions and related reports.
