Qualificações

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Excellent communication and cross selling skills required.
• Knowledge of loan and other financial product applications.

Responsabilidades

• Accept consumer loan applications through walk-in, online, inbound and outbound calls.
• Sign and fund approved applications; assist members with questions and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Interview and assist members with accurate and complete loan and other product applications; review and submit to Underwriter.
• Conduct outbound calls to members to grow business and promote products and services.
