Responsibilities

• Help customers apply for and secure loan products that meet their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and account solutions.
• Identify opportunities for refinancing and additional services.
• Support collections efforts while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote additional services including tax preparation, referral programs, and other branch offerings.
• Assist with branch operations and support leadership when needed.
