Job summary

SECU is seeking an Administrative Operations team member to provide expert-level support to the Loan Administration Division. You will help enhance performance and presentation across Loan Administration and the credit union, delivering timely, accurate, and practical solutions for lending, member services, and internal operations.

Qualifications

• Required Education: HS Diploma or GED.
• Desired Education: Associates.
• Required Relevant Years of Experience: 0 years
• Desired Relevant Experience: 2 years
• Previous project coordinator experience is highly preferred.
• Intermediate experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or other software; ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls to resolve questions and guide stakeholders on loan servicing.
• Sort all incoming courier shipments for distribution to the Loan Administration units.
• Contribute to special project deliverables as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain administrative records, forms, and databases; provide basic accounts payable duties.
• Manage conference/meeting room scheduling, dietary/AV, and arrange executive travel.
• Coordinate vendors servicing the Wake Forest Road Operations Center.
