Job summary

Fnb Online is looking for motivated Loan Adjustors (Levels I–III) to manage delinquent loan accounts in Pittsburgh, PA. You'll work directly with customers to establish payment arrangements and bring accounts back to current status.

Candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a high attention to detail. This role offers growth opportunities across defined levels within our Retail Lending team, and you will ensure compliance with all required policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, collections, or related experience for Level I.
• 3+ years of collections or loan servicing experience for Level II.
• 5+ years in advanced collections, recovery, or complex account management for Level III.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with past-due accounts to discuss repayment options.
• Negotiate solutions that align with both customer needs and bank guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all account activity.
