Job summary

FNB Corporation is seeking a Portfolio Servicing Specialist 1 to support the Retail Lending team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will monitor loan portfolios, assist with loan structuring and modification requests, and provide monthly management reporting with a focus on risk and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor Matured Loan Report and Paid Loans Report and report to management.
• Recommend how to handle loan modification requests.
• Maintain a monthly modification-request log.
• Assist with structuring loans and collateral decisions.
• Support branch personnel on credit criteria and loan approvals.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance programs.
