Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by delivering easy, empathetic service and achieving goals.
• Develop connections and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, in compliance with laws.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
