Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED accepted as minimum.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and drive results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers through the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms to ensure understanding.
