Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee daily loadout activities at our aggregates facility. You will drive safe, efficient product delivery and supervise a team to meet production, safety, and customer service goals in a busy industrial setting.

You will coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadouts, monitor equipment and inventory movement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while complying with safety and environmental standards.

Work Environment

Work is performed primarily in an industrial aggregates and cement loadout environment with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions. Frequent interaction with employees, contractors, rail service providers, truck drivers, and customers. May require occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call support based on business needs. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.

Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
