Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Dock Security Supervisor to oversee daily loading dock operations, vendor logistics, and security for a Class-A office tower in Chicago’s West Loop.

You will supervise dock officers, enforce access control, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and coordinate with property management and tenants while delivering high-quality security services on a fast-paced urban site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years of prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Security License if required by state; valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise operations in the Dock Area of a commercial office building.
• Report directly to Titan Management.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, recognition, etc.).
• Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect.
