Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

• Read, write, and communicate English to perform duties and complete shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations for all terminal staff.
• Direct and evaluate dockworkers for equipment use and procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure DOT and company policy compliance.
• Train dockworkers on safety, performance, customer service, and equipment usage.
• Review reports and suggest improvements for terminal efficiency and service.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
