Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Dock Supervisor in Chicago to oversee loading dock operations, vendor logistics, and dock security for a Class-A office tower in the West Loop. You will supervise dock staff, enforce access control, maintain logs, and coordinate with property operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires a High School diploma, 3 years security experience, and a valid state license if required, with strong English communication and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 3 years of security officer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Security License if required by state and valid driver’s license.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily loading dock operations, vendor logistics, and dock security.
• Supervise on-site dock officers and enforce access control.
• Coordinate with property operations and tenants regarding dock activity.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and post orders.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe work environment.
