Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart seeks a Loader/Unloader to join our Stow, OH team. The role is highly physical, with daily lifting of heavy containers and operation of carts to support safe, on-time healthcare waste transport.

You will weigh waste, prepare orders, and complete paperwork while maintaining clean, safe work areas. The position offers a full-time schedule, benefits from day one, and a non-negotiable hourly rate of $19.00 with a 3 PM–11:30 PM shift.

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeat lifting of 50-75 lb containers throughout the shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using the weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.
