Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Stow, OH is hiring a Loader/Unloader to join our medical waste transfer station team. This highly physical role involves loading and unloading trucks, handling regulated waste, and ensuring operations run safely and efficiently.

You will lift 50–75 lb containers, maneuver carts up to 200 lbs, weigh waste, and prepare orders for transport. We offer a stable full-time position with standard hours and competitive pay of $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.
