Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Loader in Westminster, MD to support store operations and help customers with loading and merchandise. Responsibilities include pulling and staging orders, assisting Pro and Garden Center loads as needed, complying with safety policies, and using store technology to process transactions

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer service is a core duty, assisting customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise as needed
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and general customer assistance throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy
• Identify and report safety hazards and security concerns to management
• Operate store equipment as needed for the specific role and department
• Communicate stock, product features, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers and employees
