Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a loader to deliver outstanding customer service by following Lowe’s policies, assisting customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise, and supporting checkout, fulfillment, and general store operations.

Role includes loading and staging orders for both Pro and Garden Center customers, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and helping ensure large orders are fulfilled accurately while keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely for loading merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Identify safety hazards and report them to management.
