Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while answering questions
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and keep store and parking lot clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management
• Operate store equipment as needed for the role and department
• Communicate stock, product features, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Loader-specific responsibilities: engage Pro loading area, support loading orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Garden Center-specific responsibilities: assist loading in Garden Center, stage orders, and ensure safety
