Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a dedicated Loader at our Westminster, CO store to assist customers, load and stage orders, and support Pro and Garden Center operations.

You will help customers locate merchandise, move items safely, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while upholding Lowe’s safety standards. Key duties include assisting with loading for Pro and Garden Center customers, maintaining stock, and communicating product information to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience using a computer.
• Experience with data entry or similar computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collects carts and helps maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection.
• Operates store equipment as needed for the Pro, Garden Center, and Loader roles.
• Communicates stock, special order merchandise, product features, and Lowe’s program information to customers and employees, providing guidance as needed.
• Follows Lowe’s safety policies and procedures, including proper use of equipment and safety devices.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Loader responsibilities: support Pro Desk relationships, assist with loading, staging, and order fulfillment, and ensure fast service for large orders.
• Garden Center responsibilities: assist customers and associates with loading products and completing orders.
