Qualifications

• Experience running loaders or other big machines is great, but if you're willing to learn, we’ll train you.
• Valid Driver's License.
• You care about safety—yours and your team's.
• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to complete our pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of powerful front-end loaders to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work side-by-side with your crew to keep things running on schedule.
• Check your equipment before and after each shift.
• Follow all safety rules and help keep the plant a safe place.
• Pitch in to keep your work area clean and organized.
• Help count inventory and make sure we never run low on materials.
• Lend a hand wherever you’re needed.
