Qualifications

• Experience running loaders or other big machines is beneficial.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Care about safety for yourself and the team.
• Ability to check equipment and handle basic fixes.
• Physically capable of working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks and conveyors to maintain workflow.
• Ensure equipment is in good condition before and after shifts.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.

Skills

Experience running loaders or big machines

Valid Driver’s License

Safety awareness

Equipment handling and basic fixes

Physical ability for outdoor work

Education
