Job summary
Duininck Texas is seeking a seasonal, full-time Construction Management, Delivery & Laborer to operate heavy equipment on road projects across Texas and Oklahoma, including Randolph Air Force Base. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in road construction or related field.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and specifications.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit; travel to job sites with possible overnight stays.
