Job summary

Duininck is a fourth-generation, 100-year family-led company building America's critical infrastructure across Texas and Oklahoma. This seasonal, full-time loader operator role supports road construction and heavy equipment operations at Randolph Air Force Base.

You will operate Dozers, Loaders and Excavators safely, read plans and grade stakes, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with a crew to complete projects on schedule while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment experience in road construction.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Ability to travel to job sites and stay away overnight as needed.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators) safely and efficiently.
• Read construction plans, grade stakes, and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in good working order.

This position with Duininck Texas offers the opportunity to operate a loader on an assigned crew performing varies stages of road construction.

This position will be working at Randolph Air Force base with additional security clearance required.

The Role:

• Operate heavy equipment such as Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in good working order
• Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and specifications
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly work extended/overtime hours.
• Ability to travel to job sites; may include frequent overnight stays.
