Job summary

Duininck Texas is seeking a loader/operator for road construction projects across Texas and Oklahoma, including Randolph Air Force Base. This seasonal, full-time role offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package, with PPE provided and opportunities to contribute to critical infrastructure projects.

You will operate Dozers, Loaders, Excavators, perform maintenance, read plans, and work overtime as needed, with travel to job sites and security clearance at Randolph AFB.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in road construction or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly work extended/overtime hours.
• Ability to travel to job sites; may include frequent overnight stays.
