Job summary

Duininck Inc. is seeking a seasonal, full-time loader operator in Texas on road construction projects at Randolph Air Force Base. The role may require travel and frequent overnight stays.

You will operate heavy equipment, read plans, perform maintenance, and work with a crew to complete projects on schedule. Safety and reliable communication are essential as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in road construction or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.

This position with Duininck Texas offers the opportunity to operate a loader on an assigned crew performing varies stages of road construction.

This position will be working at Randolph Air Force base with additional security clearance required.

The Role:

• Operate heavy equipment such as Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators in a safe and efficient manner

Work Environment:

• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly work extended/overtime hours.
• Ability to travel to job sites; may include frequent overnight stays.
