Job summary

Duininck Companies is seeking a seasonal, full-time loader operator to support road construction projects across Texas and Oklahoma. Opportunities include operating Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators, with overtime and travel to job sites, including Randolph Air Force Base.

Benefits include PTO, per diem, health, dental, life insurance, and a 401K match. The role requires at least 2 years of heavy equipment experience, a valid license (CDL preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in road construction or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to travel to job sites; may include frequent overnight stays.
