Job summary

Martin-Marietta-1798b2fd is seeking a Loader Operator to move aggregate materials, stockpile from railcars, and load customer trucks accurately at our Abilene site. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Training includes safety orientation at our Dallas corporate office; travel support is provided per policy. You will perform pre-shift inspections, operate equipment, and contribute to daily production while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of heavy construction equipment.
• Experience with a variety of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections.
• Maintain good housekeeping of equipment.
• Load cargo and assist with maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and operate with minimum supervision.
