Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Loader Operator to move materials, operate heavy equipment, and support plant operations. You will load/unload materials, assist with inventory, and maintain safety and cleanliness on site.

Prior loader experience is valued but training is available; a valid driver’s license is required. This role offers steady home daily schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience running loaders or other big machines is helpful but not required; willing to train.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• You value safety and communicate well with your team.
• Physically capable of moving in all weather and environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work with crew to keep operations on schedule and safe.
• Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks and report issues.
