Job summary

SRM Concrete in Arkansas seeks a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving sand, gravel, and cement to keep our plants flowing. You’ll load trucks, inspect gear, and work with the production team to stay on schedule. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Safety‑minded and able to communicate safety concerns.
• Willingness to complete pre‑employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement to keep planta flowing and operations moving.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with crew and production team to maintain schedule and efficiency.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑shift equipment checks and report issues promptly.
