Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Loader Operator to operate straight or articulated loaders, moving bulk materials and performing routine maintenance. The role requires experience with 980M/982M loaders and adherence to safety standards.

Travel to additional plants is required; the candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a high school diploma or GED. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work experience preferred in heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school GED
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move bulk materials and dump at work sites.
• Perform Pre-Shift Inspections and basic maintenance as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; follow safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and plant personnel.
• Travel to other plants as required.
