Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is hiring a Loader Operator to grade and feed batch plants with raw materials and control materials placement on site. The role requires operating a variety of heavy equipment and maintaining safety standards across construction sites.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsements may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees.
• Report problems to Foreman or HR as needed.
