Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for a San Antonio/New Braunfels project. You will operate multiple heavy machines, perform daily inspections, and support crew safety and productivity.

Required is a HS diploma or GED with 1–2 years of experience, CDL with hazmat endorsements preferred. Willingness to work nights/weekends and travel as needed. Training provided for job site readiness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends when required.
• CDL Class A/B with hazmat endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Report issues to Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in training less-experienced coworkers.
