Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment per specifications while following safety policies to produce a superior product. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hope, Arkansas and offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include reading specs, setting guides to lengths, inspecting equipment, and performing routine maintenance. Must pass internal certification and have strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of related experience.
• Must pass internal certification program.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak before groups.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine adjustments and material needs.
• Sets stops or guides to specified lengths using templates.
• Observes equipment operation to detect malfunctions.
• Performs routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning.
• Inspect and complete equipment reports daily.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Move levers and operate controls as required.
• Other duties as needed.
