Job summary

Adams Bros. Concrete Products Ltd. in Conesville, OH is seeking a Loader Operator I to assist the Plant Supervisor with daily production duties, operating heavy equipment and performing plant-related tasks on site.

Responsibilities include loading trucks and production facilities, helping during breakdowns, maintaining equipment, cleaning around the plant, and following safety procedures. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Entry level to 2 years loader operator experience.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strict adherence to safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment as assigned and safely and accurately.
• Operate a front-end loader in the yard to load trucks and production facilities on site.
• Assist in the event of a breakdown.
• Clean up around the concrete plant and surrounding area.
• Lubricate and perform general maintenance on equipment.
• Follow directions and perform other duties including light yard and shop maintenance.
