Job summary

Arcosa Crushed Concrete is seeking a loader operator to safely operate a rubber tire loader, feed the plant, load trucks, and maintain stockpiles and yard areas. Strong safety practices and ability to follow supervisor instructions are essential.

Role requires some experience with heavy equipment, willingness to work in all weather, and routine maintenance tasks. Candidates must be 18+ and able to lift up to 100 pounds with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment or loaders preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and work in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate rubber tire loader following safety procedures.
• Feed plant, load trucks, stockpile materials, and maintain yard/roads.
• Regularly communicate with field supervisor to follow instructions.
• Use hand tools to maintain or repair equipment as needed.
