ADP, Inc. is seeking a Yard Man in Ocala, FL to perform full-time manual labor at our plant site. The role requires safe operation of a heavy loader and assistance with batching concrete materials.

Responsibilities include loader operation, maintenance tasks, material management, and supporting the Plant Manager with various yard duties to keep the facility professional and organized.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to safely operate a heavy loader
• Manage aggregate storage bin levels with Plant Manager
• Fill bins for batching of concrete using a loader
• Grease the loader and the plant
• Report maintenance issues with the Plant Manager
• Maintain yard....cleanliness, organization of bulk materials, mow/trim and keep plant looking professional.
• Maintain material shed organization
• Make bin blocks with leftover concrete.
• Various Jobs as assigned by Plant Manager
