Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment in construction-related environments.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment service and repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front-end loaders and related heavy equipment to move raw materials and support production processes.
• Manage raw material inventory by maintaining bin levels and ensuring timely material delivery.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment for optimal performance and safety.
• Keep yard and plant areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with general plant maintenance and upkeep tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
