Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. is hiring a Loader Operator to join the Ocala team in Florida. The Loader Operator will drive and maneuver heavy front-end loader equipment to transport materials, coordinate with crew, and maintain safety on site.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industry experience, can understand work directions, and possesses a valid US driver’s license. The role may require overtime and outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years' industry experience, with emphasis on roads, highways and bridges.
• Ability to operate a loader.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record.
• Pre-employment drug screen, driving record check, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic equipment inspections to ensure proper function.
• Report malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Drive and maneuver loader and related equipment.
• Coordinate with crew via hand or audio signals.
• Maintain safety standards on site.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Work outdoors in various weather and dusty conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Wear and use Personal Protective Equipment.
