Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator to join the Fort Myers team. The loader operator will drive and maneuver heavy equipment to lift and transport materials, supporting road, bridge and site construction projects.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of industry experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. This is an outdoor role with physical demands and adherence to Crisdel’s safety programs.

Qualifications

Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator to join our expanding Fort Myers Team. Construction equipment operators drive, maneuver, or control the heavy machinery used to construct roads, bridges, buildings, and other structures. A loader operator uses the front end loader to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or dumps and spreads material on site.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
• Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 LBS on a regular basis.
• Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required.
• Use of sunscreen, long sleeves, and appropriate headgear is recommended.
