Job summary

C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR) is seeking a Loader Operator for its Florida operations.

This role focuses on the safe, efficient operation of a loader to move earth and materials on civil construction projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of loader experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver’s license. You must be able to work days, nights or weekends and complete all required paperwork, with drug testing and background checks conducted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of loader experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to work days, nights, or weekends
• Able to complete required paperwork efficiently
• Meet MVR requirements and hold FL driver’s license
• Employer conducts drug testing and background check

Responsibilities

• Operate loader safely and efficiently to move earth and materials
• Excavate, load trucks, grade, back-fill, and move debris as directed
• Make grade cuts near utilities without damage
• Inspect equipment daily and check fluids
• Perform other duties as assigned
