Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Loader Operator for a large manufacturing group in Illinois. The role requires operating bindery equipment, cross-training on finishing assets, and maintaining quality procedures to meet on-time delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2+ years of Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other technical skills operating machinery.
• Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
• Cross train on all finishing assets in the Bindery department.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs, report any mechanical defects to Operator, Manager and Team Lead, and keep machinery in good working condition.
• Ensure quality system procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensure department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including OTD.
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime; adapt to a fast-paced environment.
